Squirreling it away

Learn good money habits with the nut gathering know-how of squirrels.
Squirreling it away
Nuts about nuts
Whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow - Proverbs 13:11 ICB

Squirrels gather up nuts in summer when there are plenty around, then bury them to dig up and eat during winter, when food is hard to find. They hide different nut-stashes all over the place, so if a sneaky thief discovers one or two treasure piles, they will still have some tasty walnuts left for lunch.

In fact, the dazzling diggers can keep track of around twenty-four different burying spots. (That puts me to shame - most of the time I can't find my shoes before I leave the house). Squirrels even organise their nut-stashes by size and type - they really are very good savers!
